As the Founder of LeadRidge, Steven brings a deep passion for seeing individuals and organizations developed into their greatest potential. He is a leader and life-long learner, with nearly 20 years of leadership and ministry experience, as well as a Masters in Organizational Leadership (Lincoln Christian University). 

 

Steven has served The Pentecostals of Cooper City (Cooper City, FL) in the role of Associate Pastor since 2010. He is an Adjunct Instructor at North Texas Christian College, South Florida Bible Institute, and has been a Guest Lecturer at Harvest Bible College in Glasgow, Scotland.

Steven lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL with his lovely wife, Lindsay, and darling daughters Makenna and Anniston, whom he falls in love with more everyday.
